超速罚单怎么上庭啊?

在PERTH 超速,警察开了一张罚单, 准备上庭, 因为是在外地,要怕罚单填好寄过去. 罚单背面俩个选项
1. I intend to appear in court to enter a plea of not guilty at the time and place set for the trial and i wish to have the trial conducted in the english language.
2. I intend to challenge the evidence of the provincial offences officer. I request that the officer attend the trial.

这俩个应该选哪个?还是都选上啊? 我是怀着侥幸心理,如果警察不去,我就无罪了. 如果她去了,那我就直接认罪. 因为当时的速度是120 在80的限速区, 警察只写了100. 我怕如果我不认罪,警察拿出120的证据, 法官按照120判. 请明白的人给出出注意,谢谢了.

I have a ticket to go to the court in Ottawa next month. I turned to the left during yellow and red light. but the police said I turned before green light. My husband was sitting beside me, both us felt strange while the police chase our car. We thought I drove too slow on a single lane road, so I stopped and started the car for a couple times. Finally I stopped and I recieved a ticket for $180. I had a clear driving record for about 10 years. I don't think there is a camera in the intersection. I wonder if I could insist there was a yellow light when I turned to the left (not admit the guilty) eventhough the police presenting there that day. I'll ask my husband to go together as an evident.

You can go and try your luck. But your husband will NOT be permitted because of conflict of interest, I am afraid.
