Thinking about making will, but don't know how to start. Anybody who has the experiences about lawyer, fee and procedure, please give some suggestion. Thanks in advance.

Not "death will", it's just "will", ok? ("death will" sounds like the will to die!)

A few ways to do that

- DIY: Buy a will kit, and fill out all the forms, ask some people (e.g. your friends, relatives) to sign the forms;
- Look for a law firm

用DIY的方法就足够了，以后有什么需要更改，例如银行帐号变动了，又买了房产什么的，就加进去，叫人再签句好了。

谢谢楼上二位，我对这方面一点常识都没有。按照你们的介绍，我查了一下DIY的资料，好像人们对这一方法不是很放心，请再问一下，如果用律师，一般费用多高？

我的律师告诉我们，这小东西不用找他了，自己句可以搞定。可见在这里是DIY的多。习惯就好了。除非你的财产很多，就非找律师不可了。

1. If using lawyer, I don't need to find people (friends, relatives) to do the signature.
2. For DIY (will kit), it is not everyone can be qualified to do the signature. Only certain group of people can do it, including they have to know you well, they have to have job, and ...
