If it's not rough-in ready, you should get the permits to begin with and hire an licensed electrician to inspect the work after.

BTW: I got a price estimate from Multi-Luminaire. A technician can install five lights including two chandeliers, pendent lights, and one mount ceiling light, for $185. Sounds not bad. How do you think?

我有個handyman推薦，我家的gas爐、洗碗機、洗衣/乾衣機，吊扇、吊燈…etc 都是給他裝的，他非常的細心、也很乾淨。他收$35/小時，可是我都是先跟他說好要做什麼，說好時間/價錢才開工的。和他說你的Tina的朋友，他會給個好價錢的。

可是他只能給你裝pre-wired或是換燈具，如果要拉新的電線你就要找有license的電工了，一般的電工都不便宜，大概都在$50~55或以上/小時。
