求大人虚心纳谏

很多不滿都因删帖引發, 身为村長应在此改善下. 有很多蟻民也提了很好的意見, 求大人虚心纳谏

次之，问题没有出在删帖上。我删的帖，屈指可数。

I am not talking about power, of course someone in CFC can delete or move postings. But at least a few peoples have made good suggestions before like QQH to LZ that their postings have been moved to the right forum. This is good communication and a way to reduce conflict in the future. I also welcome you back and I support you too, but this is also a good time to learn from this incident. Right?

Please don't like government officials, whenever they first hear suggestion, quickly jump to defense, first response is to reinstate your power. This is not good attitude.

每个帖处理的时候，都要另外通知的话，真的会花很多时间。
所以在有人“讨论”移帖问题的时候，都有人提议了，让Riven老大改进论坛，可以让斑竹处理帖子的时候，有更便捷的自动功能来通知帖主。我觉得这个提议很不错了。
