今年是过了，要是sens对明年打得好可怎么办，心疼银子啊。。

是那个队长，Number 11 Daniel Alfredsson。他自Yashin 2001-2002 去了Rangers后就当队长了，人很好工作很努力。球队老板昨天在多伦多还说了，Alfie是个animal，没见过谁能象他那样忍受伤病打球的。
可是老了就是老了，加上有伤，不适合当队长了。

明年最好能进Playoff，Playoff是完全不同的Hockey

The way they are playing now is not smart. Don’t get fooled by the wins these days. If looking at it carefully, you will see that all the wins came from the teams that either have been out of playoff or the teams that only played for not getting hurt since they had been locked in, while the loss from the desperate teams such as Leafs, Cans and Rangers. It tells you that the Sens is not that good yet.

Strategically, Sens should have played hard and lost enough (those meaningless) games to stay at bottom 3 of the league. This will guarantee Sens to get one of the top three draft-picks this summer. Unfortunately, they have blown out the opportunity. You have to know that the forth pick and down this year presents a big drop-off from top three in term of talent level. Sally, it’s too late now. I bet that no teams currently stay lower than Sens will bravely win any game to surpass Sens in ranking, because they know what they doing.

As I have said, they are playing pressure free hockey, it is true this may not represents what they will accomplish in next season. However, a win is a win, in order to play in NHL and win a game in this league is not easy regardless what position or standing of your opponent is. I wouldn't put too much hope on the draft pick, in Sens history, we have drafted top 1,2 & 3 picks such as Alex Daigle, Alex Yashin, Wade Redden, Raddek Bonk, and look where these players are now. My point is that you don't get Crosby or Ovi or Stamkos every year, and to have a good hockey player in NHL is all about development. Look Alfie who was drafted 133 overall, yet he is turned out to be one of the elite player in NHL. That is why it is important to have the guys play some fun hockey now and these are players Sens will have to count on in the future, so instead of finished dead last, having a low morale at the end of season, which might get you a first overall but your next season will be dismal look what happened to Oilers.

Just look at the last two years' cup winners, Blackhawks has Kane and Toews, and Penguin has Crosby, Malkin and Staal. These two teams were all miserable a few years before they hoisted the cup. Following this trend, Oilers should become a serious contender in next couple of years because they will get a top three pick this year and they have already had Hall and Eberle. That's why I believe Sens should go down this road in today's NHL. i.e. build up the team around a small group of young super stars. Sens did get the opportunity, but they blew it out.
