这个颜色不是本色，变不变色主要同加工程序，和涂层材料有关。不同厂家的东西差别很大。
保养上没什么，不要用水就好。

About Birch Timber Floor

hardwood timber flooring has many varieties,among all wood species,birch is cheaper one with low janka hardwood,the wood is easily to be stained with many colors from light to dark,this timber is not suitable to be placed at high traffic areas,but if only for bedroom,there is big problem.

In similar colors, hickory & canadian maple will be much better than solid birch on hardness & stability.

Certainly the hickory & canadian maple is more costive than birch.Which wood to use will depend on the customer budget .

I don't know why people give birch a bad rap as flooring. I have seen 30 year old birch floors and they look good. I would say the choice of wood should be based on personal taste. Birch floor can be beautiful with its unique shade variation.

Oak is too common and the look is a bit tiring.

I have seen pine floors that look fantastic. If you like 'heritage' look and don't mind indentations here and there, it is the floor to go for.
