hmm yep...i assume when we say Chinese in here we mean those who are related at least provincial wise, if not city wise. Or else, we'd be talking about people around the world haha.

Among all major Federal parties, Conservative is the least friendly toward minority groups.

Really? Is that why the Tories actually were the first to start a program to help recognize the professional credentials for immigrants and is offering them a loan so that they can take training to work in their fields.
