Based on my DD, this gadget is controlled remotely via cellular network like a pager. In my opinion, just like any other Ontario LIB provincial initiatives, this program is also flawed to astonishing degree. Therefore there are a lot of ways to manipulate it as you wish. I'll take it (for free, plus $25 rebate) and make good use of it.
