楼主房子查不多150元每平方尺。房子小了80-100平方尺。差价在12000-15000左右。

房子建错，在法庭被认为是有意欺骗的有难度。一般会判是办事员失误。

因房子建错造成LZ的经济损失：？？？（hotel， moving，and others）
因房子建错造成LZ的精神损失：2000
因房子建错构成违约伐款：2000

请记住， 大多数情况下， 庭外和解比法庭判决对原告有利。

Minto's price has not changed much (a few thousands) at Avalon since last october. I would take offer 2 if I were LZ.

Bargain is just started, and this is just the first offer from Minto. I do not think LZ should take it so quickly.

just called their office asking for email/phone for ceo/gm. the reception said the person who has those info not in right now and refuse to give me their ceo's email address

i think everyone should call in to express your concern about this case to give minto management team some pressure.
