楼主房子查不多150元每平方尺。房子小了80-100平方尺。差价在12000-15000左右。

房子建错,在法庭被认为是有意欺骗的有难度。一般会判是办事员失误。

因房子建错造成LZ的经济损失:???(hotel, moving,and others)
因房子建错造成LZ的精神损失:2000
因房子建错构成违约伐款:2000

请记住, 大多数情况下, 庭外和解比法庭判决对原告有利。
 
现在“明偷”没感受到压力吧?它觉得对付单一客户游刃有余呀。那就要给它施加压力。楼主坚持合理赔偿是一种压力,舆论曝光也是一种压力。如果华人社区能搞个签名之类,压力就更大。

Minto's price has not changed much (a few thousands) at Avalon since last october. I would take offer 2 if I were LZ.

Bargain is just started, and this is just the first offer from Minto. I do not think LZ should take it so quickly.

just called their office asking for email/phone for ceo/gm. the reception said the person who has those info not in right now and refuse to give me their ceo's email address:)

i think everyone should call in to express your concern about this case to give minto management team some pressure.
