写程序没啥了不起的，是个人懂英语会用google就能编个八九不离十。90%的programming是copy/paste/rename。一年弄个8~9万很不错了。印度干同样事情的才2~3万一年。稍微复杂一点的算法/逻辑真能搞得懂就没几个，真敢说没问题的，10万应该是起步价。
