Trust = 信任(人); Believe = 相信(事); 中文这两个词的意思也不一样!

I 'trust' actually means I am sure or I am certain or I have confidence....

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/trust
2. To be confident; hope.
3. To sell on credit.
v.tr.
1. To have or place confidence in; depend on.
2. To expect with assurance; assume: I trust that you will be on time.
3. To believe: I trust what you say.

you have a rather thick skull...

btw, that's how people are using the word...I didn't create that way to use it.....

I used trust instead of believe, deliberately, because it more accurately express what I what to express, understand?

What did you mean "I trust you had... "? Do you mean "I believe you had ..."? :blowzy:

Sorry to interject, but "I trust you had..." is more correct than "I believe you had..." idiomatically.

You are reading a dictionary without knowing common English usage.

"I trust you had...." conveys a friendly sentiment and is commonly used between friends.

"I believe you had..." may mean about the same but lacks the sentiment.
