10*320000*20%=$640,000
15 houses=$960,000
Plus monthly rents income....

要减去成本:地税,保险,维修保养等等。

不过LZ确实是咱村为数不多的富婆哎。

600k-900k is just equity in the houses.
Net income=Rental income - expenses:)
If expense to income ratio is 65%, then net monthly income is $5000-$7000. That's pure net, still very good to 郁闷;)
 
建议搂主在房客里选能工巧匠, 帮着管理, 你免他房租。我估计还是有人愿意干的。对于老外, 很多我们觉得吃力的活他们很熟, 而且知道做到什么程度别人能接受。

同意你的说法, 做这种生意很累。

咱们村里这不就靠滕王阁, 太上皇还拿的出手么,左手打右手没劲,再添一个三国杀人气更旺:D
 
楼主现在先忍一下,慢慢来,现在拼个你死我活不一定会占先手,而且他万一拖你半年房租,你绝对损失,警察不会管的,人家打官司有法律援助的,你就家当都没有了。你现在先忍了他,减少损失,然后再慢慢收集证据敢他走。至于你老公,有人就那个性,别太气了。
