i heard there's a kind of opener that can be installed at side of your garage beside the track, it turns the axis instead of pulling up the door. it saves spaces over head of your garage ceiling. only thing, normally builder will only have electrical outlet where the traditional opener would be, not at the side of the door.

sorry, i only know my neighbor purchased online. one of them from amazon, usa, but not sure if it's the one in the link i gave. my other neighbor said he searched online and bought it somewhere else other than amazon.com for a little cheaper price. only thing i suggest, do a little more google on it
