在costco,那个heritage牌子的,hard anodized aluminum lotus effect炒锅。自己适用了n天,很爽。同一个牌子的小一号的锅在sears卖80,90多,在costco大一号的只卖25块99!!!

这个锅是氧化铝的,上面有lotus effect花纹不沾效果,所以无毒。不用担心特富龙。其不沾效果虽然比不上特富龙,但已经很接近了。而且炒菜效果很像生铁锅。:D:D:D

昨天的辣子鸡丁,醋溜白菜,大葱豆丝真不赖。

这种“铝”对人体的危害不亚于“特氟隆”。网上有很多评论。

另外我们中国人做菜还有个特点:油高温。

的确不推荐铝锅。我问过国内特级厨师,他们只用铁锅炒菜

Their biggest argument is that the amount of aluminum leached from hard anodized aluminum cookware is a mere 35 micrograms. That is a small amount. By itself, as a single dose, it is not harmful. Therefore, my recommendation is this:

If you are not concerned with aluminum toxicity, or use anodized aluminum cookware with other cookware materials, anodized aluminum cookware is fine to use. However, if part of your normal health routine is to minimize your exposure to metals, or you sometimes do a heavy metal detox diet, I recommend avoiding hard anodized aluminum cookware. The issue is not about the small single dose. It is about the cumulative effect it can have. Just like eating a single chocolate bar is not going to cause a serious disease. However, 3-6 chocolate bars a day every day, will have an impact on your body. If most meals are cooked with anodized aluminum frypans, saute pans, sauce pans, and stockpots, the cumulative effect, along with the aluminum you already get from other items in our environment, may cause a health issue.

My thinking is: adults will probably die earlier than to be poisoned by it, kids still have a very long life to go;):)
 
对。hard anodized aluminum和铝不一样的。请问锅子有说明书吗,好像看到说放盐要等水开了才能放。

实验室的只是液体容器,氧化层不容易损坏,可是当炒锅使就避免不了和铲子的碰撞,开一个小口就容易蔓延了。
所以大家还是要慎重!
甚至我LP想买铸铁锅我也持怀疑态度,虽然我小时侯农村似乎都是铸铁锅,但是还是觉得里面杂质比较多。
T&T有一款底儿算是平的铸铁锅,一直没放手去买。

用不锈钢的吧,问题就是太重,除此之外,煎的,炸的,煮的,锅巴的,走油的,

抄的,打的,抛的,震锅的。。。爱怎么来就怎么来,没事。。。:cool: :D :D :D :D

不粘锅,根本就不适合小朋友我这类干粗活,炒菜像猪八戒动手的。没两天,那涂层就折磨到见白骨了。
