合买的房子，应该找谁估市场价？找律师还是REALTOR

depends on how the relationship ended. some couple after separation, still like good friends. some others, not a very good ending. 分手 in canada is a very expensive thing.

it's better to let the other side also get an appraisal while you get your own, if the other side also intent to let you get the whole ownership of the house.
