请教一下:Rothwell Heights好吗？

昨天看了一套Rothwell Heights的房子，觉得房子不错，小区绿化也很好。山顶的那些豪宅更是让人羡慕。可是后来google了一下，发现边上NRC好像有很多负面影响，比如会做一些有噪音（空气涡轮增压引擎）和有臭味（和燃气相关）的实验。

请教一下大家到底这个小区怎么样？NRC影响严不严重？会不会做些很恐怖的实验，比如核能之类的？是整个区都有影响还是具体哪几条街会有影响？会搬走吗？谢谢先！

I find the houses in that area very ugly. I don't understand why they are so popular. Perhaps it is because I have totally lost in Canada/America, their streetscape, lifestyle, etc. My favourite country is Japan.
