奥斯汀也的确在考虑之列, 跟奥斯汀的朋友联系了下,好像没那么恐怖, 说那边热是干热, 早晚晾, 中午热. 不过华人似乎比这边少, 华人超市也赶不上咱们的大统华, 都是很小的超市.

纠正一下，TI在达拉斯，不在熬斯定。达拉斯中国超市饭店狂多。但是TI最近刚买了国办。是否招人不得而知。作为喔村老村民，可以负责地讲，吃的达拉斯好多了。

那是啊，达拉斯的吃虽然比不上大多，但也在一个数量级上。

dallas好处是工作机会多，尤其是IT和电子，大公司有TI，Dallas Semiconductor， Raytheon，洛克希德马丁...，小公司遍地都是。物价更是便宜，尤其是房子，便宜的要死。汽车也是如此，一辆普配假美丽才2万，靠骡拉一万6能拿下，别摸我3系列3万，5系列5万...其他的物价也比这边便宜多了。

当然坏处也不少。天气热是一个。德州根本没有社会医疗。要靠医疗保险公司，所以工作单位很重要，大公司最好，可以人均分摊医保。小公司就麻烦了。有些小公司是没有医保的。还有像什么社会治安也是大问题，贫富差距大，有几个区晚上去不得，吓人啊。还有一个有意思的社会现象，就是华人的地位没有这边高。

加州扭腰算是美国的另类吧。在deep south，就不一样了。

还是先在加拿大努力找吧，实在找不到再去美国吧。现在在美国的拿TN的中国人最大的烦恼就是绿卡问题。一个绿卡要排期多少年，没有绿卡又很没有安定感。

说得对。同情楼主一下。美国机会是多一些，不过也得看是什么行业，而且最好有朋友熟人给推荐一下，或者有点公司内部招人信息。
