Heavy snow tonight. A developing low pressure system is expected to track along the St Lawrence Valley and intensify tonight. Precipitation ahead of the system has begun as light rain or wet snow near the St Lawrence Valley and will change over to snow later this evening. Snow has already accumulating further north. Current information suggests 10 to 15 cm of snow is possible prior to Wednesday morning. A cold front will also sweep through these areas overnight bringing colder temperatures and blustery northwest winds. Commuters can expect challenging driving conditions for Wednesday morning.
