anywhere to buy long distance phone card?

Hi, I am typing in English because my computer is broken..

have some questions:

1. is there any computer repair store in Ottawa that's owned by Chinese? since my windows is in Chinese, I'd rather take it to a Chinese repair shop.

2. Is there any stores in Ottawa that I can buy a long distance phone card to call to Taiwan? thanks for your help

Are you a taiwanese? as it is known, Canada Computers is a link store run by Chinese..

you can download input method, for example, you can download Google's input method, it is better.
