"中国人向来以脾气好能容忍为标签,因此也容易成为被人欺负的对象。"
You should be complimented for wanting to change the status quo, which is basically correct.
Nonetheless, your statement in quotation above is only about half true, that is it is not true within the Chinese communities, or between or among the Chinese. When the Chinese deal each other, they are all fearless warriors!
By understanding that, first of all, stop unnecessary infighting if you are Chinese while learning to respect each other;
Second, don't victimize selves whenever you encounter any injustice or unfair treatment. Fight back immediately (if you think too much, you normally would stop fight back), let alone fight continually until justice is served.
Third, don't try to avoid or circumvent problems. Instead face it directly. When someone is unfortunately to be involved in a fighting, stand behind and give your hand. If you find it is difficult for you to support for whatever the reason, can you please keep quiet.
The truth is no any other ethnic group in the world which needs the most of its own unity and unified support to each other as does the Chinese when things happen between someone in the Chinese community and someone outside the Chinese community.
