奇怪：我没有在事故发生地点而得到警察的罚单。

不过lz很不错，没做就没做。一点不妥协。







以前听说有位女国移，从美国回来，身上穿了一件20美金的新衣服，忘了申报，被移民官骂“smuggling”，也不敢还嘴，换我早tmd要求见supervisor了。

呵呵, 我说几次了, 如果我是LZ, 当时就没好脸色给警察, 就对警察说我躺在沙发上看电视, 然后就去接孩子了, 没走那条路.

就是上庭, 也不需要做神马准备, 不是我干的怕甚泥

您和楼主肯定不是一个人。

开一辆 Beige，4门的东方人，警察很容易从数据库里查到owner都有谁吧？再从附近路口或公司的摄像头里查到楼主的车当时在那块区域出现过，所以可能才认定了。倒霉的是，这还要影响保险。楼主赶紧找证人吧。看来买个车载记录仪越来越有必要了。

资爱说话， 住kanata 上等区的同学们有福了。以后要是有人被这个女警察含糊地抓了， 这是一大证据啊。轻率给ticket。

I destroyed the report as I promised the police. There are a lot of pesonal information on the report. I don't have authorization to see and keep them.

欧美的法律体系应该都是以无罪为前提的吧，即警察得有证据证明你有罪。你只需要反驳她的证据不实就可以了吧。
