160 application.



come on,qe3 is on the way,probably will show up in september.

the world will be full of cash,jobs will be created,housing price will soar together with the market.

oil and gold will touch new high,canadian dollar will hit 0.9.

with interest rate rises, job cuts, lots of new constructions, ample of lands...

prices of houses will drop drastically

which I don't mind:)

lat month I saw one house (in fairlawn ave.) sold withing first week, in list price: 449,000, last year the same type nearby house list 579,000 sold 480,000 after 4 months on mls. the agent told me.
 
这一条明年之前是绝对没可能的,央行不会加息

with interest rate rise, job cuts, lots of new constructions, ample of lands...

prices of houses will drop drastically

which I don't mind:)

我小区已经没啥房子卖了。

上个月出的比较多。

我邻居1套是2个礼拜,2套是1个月。成交价几乎是2年前的进价加10-12percent卖掉的。
 
10%,似乎多了点,除非房主漫天要价。
降价多少,参考周边、近期成交的相似类型的房子,对比房子的新旧、升级、位置、附赠品、成交价格等因素,适当讲价。
吃不准,最好找个代理。

saler agent push price lower, buyer agent push price higher and remove conditions, so, done!
they got 2.5% each!:D

Should it be Seller's agent push the price higher and the buyer's agent push the price lower?

Even if the inspection and finance done, there still could be problems.
