贷款50多万,一旦利息上调、房价下跌,是否郁闷。:D

我买房的话,贷款绝对控制在30-25万以下。

我说的是不买房不卖房的人;你现在的身份是买房的人。

现在贷款50多万买栋70万的豪宅?一旦出问题,豪宅跌得最惨。
 
Our ottawa market is not bad compared with that in BC...my colleague told me that the house there last year was $900K, now only worth $650K...I cannot believe it, I guess it's not in Downtown Vancouver...



If interest rate goes up by 2-3%, there will be a lot foreclosure...I hope it will not happen in the next 2-3 years...

设想贷款利率升到6.5%,会怎么样;设想如果同时工作丢了/没有正常收入,会怎么样。
 
和房价没关系? Are you kidding me?

不信你看等现在700k的房子跌到300k的时候,地税会跌?不可能。老大不会认为你的地税=房价*税率吧?实际上是税率=地税/房价。
