那要看看要损失多少钱，交的罚款多的话，换银行不一定合适。当然和原银行有仇，就是赔钱也要换的，就不用算计了。

要看你合同是怎么签的了，要是对合同条款不是很理解，最好去问问银行的人，他们会给你解释的。这样做不会有surprise.
