这是10年新的小区，以前没有低于50万的价格，所以agent拿到房子给估计50万是有道理的，3个月前，他本来预料接盘会很多，就定了日子统一交offer，想不到没人，所以1周就降了2万5，到47万5，想不到还是卖不掉，现在就跌倒46万，这就是这4万的来历。

anyway，主要是市场不好，没有接盘，买家都缩手了，跟漫天要价无关。
