三个卧室SINGLE, 40W就是正价。问题是楼上是起价50W

之前漫天要价,现在回归正常。

这是10年新的小区,以前没有低于50万的价格,所以agent拿到房子给估计50万是有道理的,3个月前,他本来预料接盘会很多,就定了日子统一交offer,想不到没人,所以1周就降了2万5,到47万5,想不到还是卖不掉,现在就跌倒46万,这就是这4万的来历。

anyway,主要是市场不好,没有接盘,买家都缩手了,跟漫天要价无关。
