村长的那个解释很给力，拿去跟那个 adviser 或者老板，好好谈谈。 注意点方法，不要伤着他们让他们站到对立面去。 这个3.75 小时又不是花的老板的，更不是 adviser 的。

我也不想跟他们argue，我朋友在CIC的里HR做，而且她刚生完宝宝。我已经跟跟她请教过了，她说她们整个HR部门包括她HR manager的理解都和我一样，那个advisor的解释不正确，只不过她和我不同部门。她没办法帮我。

我是在帮你啊。我太冤了。你顶楼的帖子里说了你老板让你补假的事了吗？你不说我怎么能知道。政府里请假本来就是上下级之间一个默契的事，我的回答有什么冒犯你的吗？

你说话的方式，在网上还行，反正说也就说了，我又这么nice，没什么问题的。
但从这件事上能感觉到你老板好像没我这么nice，你跟他说话的时候最好先深呼吸几下。

只要你是正常检查不是治疗，一应该可以有＂s＂。

你请假的时候，每次都须特别说明是routine pregnancy check-up，不要简单说medial appointment或者see my doctor。

Not only that "s".... 你可以很傻很可爱很天真地就那两个条款用很好的外交词令请教他们(not to augue)：

１）为什么第一条款最后有个＂s＂
２）routine medical appointments和continuing appointments for the treatment of a particular condition relating to the pregnancy是否有区别；或者routine medical appointments和appointments for treatment是否有区别

个人觉得应该off sick-leave credit.

I think your hr is right, preganncy appointment is only half day, but you are free for many dr/dental appointment.



Your supervisor might not have any kids, otherwise he/she will not challenge you like this.



I used to coded to Dr/dental appointment for all those preganncy routine check and worked ok with my managers. I did know one previous colleague was challenged by her supversor for the same issue as you, eventually she was OK to use Dr/Dental instead to coding to preganncy appointment.



Talk to female colleuges in your group and got their opinions, normally women with kids will backup your case. Hope it helps.

我想问一下，关于Collective Agreement-CR, Article 36, 是说我每次routine medical appointments不超过3.75小时，还是只有第一次是3.75小时，第二次以后就要用病假？

36.01 Up to three decimal seven five (3.75) hours of reasonable time off with pay will be granted to pregnant employees for the purpose of attending routine medical appointments.



36.02 Where a series of continuing appointments is necessary for the treatment of a particular condition relating to the pregnancy, absences shall be charged to sick leave.
