It is easy to do at design phrase but the builder doesn't care.
It is difficult to do it now.
Consider many buyer have same situation, I bet the builder would just pay back some money at the end.

RICHCRAFT给我们的解释跟报纸上phoenix的解释一样，你自己改没人管，让它改breach the code，不能做。。

上报纸了估计能拿回个室外车棚钱，一千块打住

难！如果最后的实际测量数据和他们签字的grading plan有差距还好说，如果是一样的，估计啥都拿不到。

PS:如果房型有改动，每一个buyer的grading plan和网上贴出的floor plan是不一样的。floor plan 只能作为参考，主要还是要看buyer的grading plan。

我看主要碍事的是楼梯平台那俩柱子，不然车头可以探进去。把那俩立柱去了改用角铁的吊架，下面就空出来了。
