I am responsible for setting up the PV division for CAREarth Inc. Established business contacts with LDK Solar, Optony Solar, State Grid Solar and Yingli Solar; established contacts with the Canadian Government, the U.S. government and the Chinese government, in April 2010 on behalf of CarEarth, I participated Ottawa Renewable Energy Delegation to China, in September 2011, I participated Myrtle Beach Mayor Delegation visiting China; I completed 262 pages dissertation named "Business Model Research for China PV Enterprises": by researching the PV industry, both domestically and internationally, and while looking into the technology and industry practices and examining related practices at home and abroad, after doing seven typical PV companies case studies, I discussed how the Chinese solar companies developing new markets during the economic crisis, how to establish a competitive advantage, how to deal with trade protectionism and exchange rate risk, how business model innovation and how to improve business models’ validity, expressed unique insights and proposed new methods.
