That is not new and it happened in many companies. It is a stupid move in my view.

N年前的事， 老板招了个人让我培训TA。面试的时候，我就知道TA不行，但大老板说行，我也就不争了。 结果培训一年以后，还只能在某些板块修修补补，看不懂构架方面的code， 更不用说写了。 年终总结的时候老板批评我，说我培训人不给力。我告诉老板，我的这个工作不是随便一个什么人都可以做的。

村长英明。加拿大其实好多了，米国更严重。很多Indian Consulting Company （ICC），像Infosys，批量outsource工作。当年CNN连篇累牍的报道过。

但大势所趋，挡不住，capital flow的方向。最终加拿大也会和米国一样的。

没有违犯这个条款呀。他们既不是移民、也不是外国临时劳工，只是来参加培训的。
当然丫们回去，就是要取代现在那些老师的，简直太残酷了！
