我在地区号前加个“0"就打通了（上面我用红色标记的0），不加零就打不通。但是即使打通了，提示音说：the number dialed is not in service in the country.

我的手机没有长途服务试不了，我用的是Fongo软件电话+长途服务，可能因此不同。加零的能通但语音提示the number dialed is not in service in the country. 不加零直接断掉，蹦出个对话框提示号码有误。

Any number starting with +4470 is a premium rate international redirect number. You think you are calling the UK but are being billed up to £50 ($80) for your call to be transferred to any phone anywhere in the world with NO way to find out to which number or even which country your call has been transferred, and you have NO way to find out how much that call costs until you get your next phone bill. NO legitimate business or individual uses these numbers. These are used almost exclusively by Nigerian scammers
ONLY a scammer will use a 4470 number - there is NO job. There is a scammer who is making £45 ($70) every time someone dials that number, while the phone company who set up the number makes £5
DO NOT call that number and report it to the site where the job was posted. There is no job, just a scammer trying to get people to call a premium rate number so he can make money

昨天晚上回来太迟太累，没来得及回帖子。我今天早上给rogers打电话，查我昨天用手机直播这个电话的收费情况。rogers的人说是按正常的国际电话收费的，一分钟0.75.所以关于诈骗电话应该不是。
其实这个供应商不是我的供应商，一个朋友的，他现在不在加拿大，打电话有时候不方便，委托我打的。我已经问过这个电话号码是对的吗，他说对，他一直用。我把网上的情况也告诉他了。 反正不管了，让他自己去搞定吧。
在此感谢朋友们的帮忙。如果账单出来有问题，我还是付的。我在cfc的声誉比那么点账单重要！！！
