compensation如何计算？

今天和一个朋友谈到这个事，想上来听听大家的意见。
比如牙保险，四口之家，如果一份工作给每个家庭成员提供有5千的牙保险，公司每次cover 80%，就是4千每人。是不是可以说，仅此一项就对compensation贡献了1万6千元？
