Please turn ON your headlights when driving in rain...

This morning on 417, after noticing a car without turning on headlights in the rain, I decided to continuously count 10 cars doing the same. Amazingly, I got the following result:

7 Toyota, 1 Honda, 1 Nissan, 1 Mazda

I appreciate the point of gas saving. But, even light bulbs, seriously?

A coincidence? I don't really think so.

should be 夜视灯, not sure about 宽灯???

Newer cars have automatic control on headlights, but I prefer to control them manually
