请神容易送神难。 如果是当地无赖,ontario works 还会在LTB的庭审上用纳税人的钱为他付房租,然后再等他第二次赖账时才能赶他走。

不过,在安省当房东还是比魁省好一些, 至少还有last month deposit, 而且冬天也可以赶人。
 
河北的房价提不起来,和那边的租房法律有很大的关系,房东收不到房租,还滩上一大堆麻烦事,谁还买投资房搞出租。
 
我还有一个问题,如果租客搬走后,发现房子有损坏,怎么要求赔偿?
 
认识一个人,是找代理帮助找租客,他们帮助查租客信誉
签租起码一年
只是第一个月的租金交给代理,可自己可以省去100个麻烦

租房的时候合同上写好不养宠物也不行么?
那么如果房客签了合同还养,可不可以提前终止合同让他走人呢?

你碰到reasonable的房客,怎么着都成,碰上个不靠谱的,签了无宠物协议后还是养了宠物,在安省,正规途径好像没太多折,如果宠物造成damage或扰邻,你有还点儿办法。
