请神容易送神难。 如果是当地无赖，ontario works 还会在LTB的庭审上用纳税人的钱为他付房租，然后再等他第二次赖账时才能赶他走。

不过，在安省当房东还是比魁省好一些， 至少还有last month deposit， 而且冬天也可以赶人。

河北的房价提不起来，和那边的租房法律有很大的关系，房东收不到房租，还滩上一大堆麻烦事，谁还买投资房搞出租。

你碰到reasonable的房客，怎么着都成，碰上个不靠谱的，签了无宠物协议后还是养了宠物，在安省，正规途径好像没太多折，如果宠物造成damage或扰邻，你有还点儿办法。
