急问，延期申请的问题

我妈妈延期申请，在CIC网站上交了费用，回了个receipt，上面要求填写client name/client birth date/client ID.谁知道ID填什么号码？材料这两天就要寄出去了，急问，谢谢各位大侠。

护照上头帖的那个visa/permit有个８位的数字xxxx-xxxx这样的格式
你自己的PR卡后头也有一个属于你的client id

cic网站不会填写的时候随时右边都有个问号图标，可以点击了解

我办枫叶卡的时候，没填这个ID，没问题。

谢谢各位，有位妈妈告诉我网上交了费就不用寄回这张receipt了，也就不用填ID了。那是给网上申请人用的，我是paper申请的。再次谢谢各位。

我换枫叶卡的时候，也是paper申请，但是明确说要receipt，不管是不是网上缴费。
