我该如何处理这种邻里纠纷？

大哥，您没明白我的意思。我的意思是fense会在property line的一侧，就是along的property line,不会on top of the property line。共建基础上，fense公司做的时候会选择合适规划，把fense建在一方property内。

这个说法狠了点儿吧！正规公司都会拿测绘图找property line ，他们也不想建完以后给自己添麻烦。
