我该如何处理这种邻里纠纷?

大哥,您没明白我的意思。我的意思是fense会在property line的一侧,就是along的property line,不会on top of the property line。共建基础上,fense公司做的时候会选择合适规划,把fense建在一方property内。
这个说法狠了点儿吧!正规公司都会拿测绘图找property line ,他们也不想建完以后给自己添麻烦。

邻居把fance弄倒了,TA 在fance旁边堆石子压倒的,ta先找人修,修得不好,不几天被风吹倒,ta自己又买材料修,居然也发了一份帐单给我们,估计这就是ta的理论依据。钱不多,就是不想给。
你这邻居太不厚道了。你可以选择不给。
 
如何得出"过界"一、二厘米/一、二英寸的结论?
