老人带宝宝回国?

1，OHIP card 就是小孩的Health Card。
2，Letter Of Permission 可以参照如下写法：

I/We (insert name of parent or parents) consent to allow my child/children (insert names and ages of children) to travel with their grandparents (insert names of grandparents) to (insert general travel destination or destinations) during the period from (insert date of departure) to (insert date of return). Finish the letter with a blank for the signature of the parent or parents, followed by a blank for the date. Add contact information for the parent: full address and all relevant phone numbers. Finally, add a place for the name of the notary and the date notarized。

『the name of the notary』可以是你朋友。 Letter Of Permission不一定用到，但必须要有，同小孩护照一起携带，以防万一遇上海关刁难。

加拿大没有海关出关手续。但是，办理登机一道关口、安检一道关口、登机的时候又一道关口，都是要看护照或者签证的。
