长年用microwave热食物,不知有害没,一中医告诉我说不好,尤其是加热超过两分钟的,困惑!

不好,非常的不好,食物属木,MICROWAVE属火,火克木,会引起清气下降,浊气上升,气淤不通,五行不调,阴阳无法协调,会妨碍天人合一的境界,推迟打通任督二脉的时间。

切记,切记,热饭菜和咖啡千万不要用科学发明的煤气炉电炉微波炉,不然会成科学教,要继承发扬我们现代人无法理解的勃大精深的古代人的智慧结晶,热饭菜和咖啡要用柴火。

微波炉加热原理是因微波频率与水分子共振频率相当,能引起共振,所以能加热的物体必须含有水分。在共振作用下水分子高速旋转摩擦物体生热,所以微波加热实质是物理加热。如果要对食物产生破坏作用,波的频率要达到破坏分子化学键的强度,而微波远远达不到,所以不会产生有害辐射。因此微波加热是安全的。

说的有理. 据说微波炉会诱发肿瘤,比转基因厉害,建议尽量不用。

健康部说的很有道理啊,只要好好维护,微波炉就没有害。当然不信任健康部就没办法了。

这个是微波炉结构不完美的问题,不是微波加热本身的问题,微波leak的确无法100%消除,但是微波的衰减率与距离的平方成正比,所以一般微波源50cm以外的强度已经微乎其微。如果人体直接接触微波那当然危险了,就相当于人体的水分子跟着微波一起转,然后摩擦生热把自己烤熟。

要是用泥火炉陶瓷瓦罐热饭菜,肯定很酷:zhichi:
 
偶尔用微波炉热点剩饭菜,从来不用微波炉cook。没压力滴说。
