The $10 unlimited is finished. Now it's $10/100M +$0.10/M for usage over 100M. Believe Virgin Mobile is cheaper, something like $15/250M.
Speed: it actually uses Rogers network, up to LTE speed depending on where u're located. Google talk, qq, skype should all works with new price. They all worked on old system, except there's trekking involved.
In case u're stuck with 3G speed only, try Codec 729, better voice quality. Believe Skype would be OK with 3G. Any more question, better check Mobile page on redflagdeals.ca. Have fun!
