More than 12 shots fired at car with 2 people inside
More than a dozen gunshots were fired at a car with two people inside on Montreal Road and Durocher Street overnight, Ottawa police say.
The shooting happened just after midnight near the Playmate Gentlemen's Club.
The two people inside the car weren't hurt, police said. There were no other reports of injuries.
At least a dozen handgun shell casings of the same calibre were recovered by officers at the scene.
Police haven't yet determined whether the people inside the car were the intended targets. There were no witnesses and no suspects have yet been identified.
No other information was immediately available.
