SO, 并不是这间店不好，是这个服务生的问题。
记得有时候在TH，告诉服务生，多少糖多少CREAM，如果他们放错了，跟他们说，他们一般都会给重新你另外一杯免费的。

This coffee shop I only go once in a blue moon...so nobody can recognize me.
most sales in all the coffeeshops I have ever been to are very friendly and nice...that is why I was so shocked. this person was obnoxious...she talked and laugh so laud, while there are some customers there...can not stay long there.

SECOND CUP肯定是要给卡的. 但是客户想不想留着卡, 那就是他自己的事情.
咱可以不在乎, 可不代表你可以糊弄我.
不过有时候卖咖啡的也记不住那么多人. 说一声就得了. 遇到嘴贱的就不能给他/她好脸色, 不惯他/她毛病.
SECOND CUP 在我们公司里被叫做"SECOND CHOICE", 很久都没见有人喝它家的COFFEE了, 日子可能也不太好过.
