刚看到的，怪不得2013-14学年的upass卖不出去，太黑了！

自从有了UPass,对于没车的同学确实实惠不少
但是凭什么要牺牲有车同学的利益，我们也是学生会的，理应可以得到UPass的全额推款

别FQ了，兄弟，买月票的能抵税开车的不行，一个道理，这里就是照顾没钱的，你有银子自然就不给你利益了

对，而且不能退。除非搬到oc运营区域之外。非常不合理。前面那个用税说话的太不靠谱，税是法律规定的义务，强制买upass又没有法律依据。

369一年还可以坐所有类型公交车和部分魁省公交车非常便宜。

Voted by students for students, the U-Pass will continue for its fourth year at a cost of $369 for full-time students living in Ottawa. Unfortunately, part-time students and students who live within the STO area of service are not eligible for the U-Pass Program.

The U-Pass Program runs during the Fall and Winter Semesters and is valid from September 1, 2013 until April 30, 2014. Full-Time students will be automatically charged for the program on their university account, with the exception of students whose mailing addresses are within the STO area of service.

每月30刀，太便宜啊
