紧急求助：网上申请加拿大签证，不能上传申请表

在读留学生，网上申请加拿大签证。申请表“IMM 5257E”（今天下载的IMM 5257 (03-2014)E）通过验证，但不能成功上传，且出现下列提示：
Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.
网上学习了一下午，还是不能解决。分别使用了IE和GoogleChrome, 重新设置了电脑的语言设置，重新命名了文件名，依然没有解决问题。抓狂中。恳请各位达人学长，怎么解决这个问题？

谢谢哈。如果填表有误，表格不能通过验证吧？ 如果填表有误我现在能想到的是法语地址，可我的法语地址在网上申请学习许可时没有问题的，通过验证后，上传没有问题的。

如果你确认自己填表没问题，那就只有try again later了。

谢谢。我愿意是他们的网站有问题。：） 他们的网站设计的太不任性话了，总而言之，这么让你不好用，怎么让你难受，他们就怎么设计。 另好像今天上午系统维护了，还没有调试顺当？

记得几年前我妹申请的时候，也有这个问题。后来就试啊试啊，终于有一次传上去了。可能是网站问题
