Help!! Master Card ... BoM

This morning I could not log on to BoM master card. I got an error message to call the Customer Contact Centre.

I called the number but the phone was busy so I gave up after a few attempts. I later found out that I could not even use my MC to make any payment. I called BoM and I got a voice message that they are having "Technical Difficulty".

Does anyone ever experienced the same problem or know anything about this. Thank you.

Interesting... Saw the message but didn't get a chance to use my card yet...

Thank you. At least I know that I am not the only one having this problem. I will try to call BoM again tomorrow ...

After a few unsuccessful attempts by calling BMO Client Contact Centre – 1-800-263-2263, I called their Emergency Card Services – 1-800-361-3361.

The answer I got was BMO Master Card is upgrading their system. They are hoping the problem would be resolved by end of today.
