老人乘海航，北京-多伦多，转机Ｗestjet-渥太华，请问几个问题

谢谢分享。我家老人也座这趟线，正着急不知该怎么走呢
多伦多机场connection guide说直接把行李放到传送带上？如果要去westjet柜台重新出票的话，难道海航在北京出的票不是联航的？

For my case, boarding passes issued in China (in fact, I flown from Guangzhou to Beijing also via 海航, not sure whether this would cause any difference) don't include Toronto to Ottawa segment.

２在多伦多需要提取行李，重新到办理托运吗？
以前都是全程加航，不知道海航是否麻烦很多。

登机牌和行李牌都打到渥太华，但是要在多伦多提取行李，无论什么航空公司。海航和加航在这点没有区别。

谢谢您的解释。我们给老人买的票是到渥太华的。看来通关拿到行李后最好是去柜台问一下。
转机对我们来说都不是什么问题，但是老人不通语言，又没走过，我们担心到时老人找不到地方。

No problem. My tickets were return tickets: Ottawa (WestJet)<-->Toronto (Hainan) <--> Beijing (Hainan) <--> Guangzhou. It's better to clear all potential confusions. Hope your parents can find a Chinese passage who can help them out. Have a good weekend.

再麻烦您一个问题。您说出了海关在左边儿就是westjet counter，那柜台是在取行李大厅里吗？还是需要拿了行李出来，然后就能看到柜台了呢？我们从来都没在多伦多转过机，不熟悉皮尔森机场

WestJet counter is outside the 取行李大厅. You need to get the luggage. Right after you exit the luggage hall, you will see WestJet counter to your left. WestJet staff are very nice.

入关的话，不管是不是加航，到了多伦多都是要把行李提出来重新交运的吧？要过海关啊~
