I would liter more more garabage in OTT, KANATA. Even put your name inside of the garabage! :D That's my friend suggest me doing that!

I never ever do that, because that's dangerous to me! You would not know anything will be happened when you passed. That's not the same story here!

The city might have many ways to punish the woman, like doing picking up/collecting garabage for 2 hours. It is even better than paying fine!
