近日，多市一位名叫麦尔・贾卡朗（Mare Giacalone）的市民，遇到了一件让她哭笑不得的事情，因为为了一小袋垃圾竟然花费了她400元。

这到底是怎么一回事呢？原来事发当天，贾卡朗正打算领着爱犬到附近公园散步，突然想起有一小袋垃圾还留在汽车上，于是她把垃圾从车上取出丢在路旁。没想到这个小小的错误，随后却让贾卡朗付出了那么大的代价。

大约2个月后的一天，几名城市巡视员出现在她家门口，他们手里拿了一张乱丢垃圾的罚单，上面清清楚楚的写着“罚金400”的字样。

看到此罚单，贾卡朗险些当场昏倒，她有些激动的对记者...

I would make sure I won't litter anymore.

That's exactly what happened with my speeding problem. Final draw was that I once got 3 tickets at once, total to $660: one for tailgating, one for passing from right hand side, one for speeding. I paid the speeding ticket and fought and won the other two. Since then I have hardly ever sped again, well once later, but it was all la 8's fault.

She could have arranged other ways to repay the fine with the city, like community service, but it's up to her and the city. What you sounded like was that it was wrong to give her the fine at all, that I disagree.

actually, one of my formal co-worker was caught one time, it was in front of our office building. We all made fun of him. I believe, that is more practical!
