Canada Post service is good. Ask to send your package by surface. It takes a bout 4 to 6 weeks to get there but it is much cheaper.
Before you pack, go to Canada Post's website to find out the package size and weight vs price. If you just pack what ever size and weight you want, you may end up with paying a lot more money. Make sure your package is within certain limit for certain price, you can save some money.
