Hi, I got my sponsorship several weeks ago, but I've not paid the Right Of Landing Fee to CIC. Now I am planning to send the form to my wife and will let her send them to Canada Embassy in Beijing.

Would you please tell me How and When I should pay ROLF. I tried to call CIC, but always could not get through.
