1. What is rate in percent higher of asking price(listing price) than Value of Assessment from City of Ottawa(basis for Property Tax ) generally?

2. Which location is better of those 3 as below:

- Riverside Park;

- Rideauview;

- Nepean East Area close to fisher Ave/Merivale Rd.

1、一个好的经纪人可以看出喊价多少为好。

最好查查相同地段最近卖出同类房子的价格（你买房的时候经纪人给你

看的也就是这个）。

2、什么是好的地段取决于你买房的目的。

1. I did not work with any realtor yet, just search myself;

I just moved here half years ago and do not know the real eastate market here very much.

2. My kid is now in U of O.
Now I live in QC side and feel prety good. Considering different launguage, different tax system, health care system as well the factor of distance to TNT, I select those 3 areas to search at present.

Your suggestion is good; however, at present, I do not want to be engaged with a certain realtor.

You know that realtors alway tell you something true and something not so true, always push you to make a decission in rash as he/she wishs to get a deal down within the shortest times for his/her own commission purpose.

However, people like every one who are living here will tell us the real idea from their own experiences or view, which are more true and valuable to refer.

I'm a new one here in Ottawa, but not a new one in real estate market.

I had and have lived in big houses those years both in Vancouver and Calgary from 4000-6000 sft.

Here I just need one med-size, not far from TNT.

You know that we have one in north of river, a little bit far to TNT and downtown, but with huge land surounded by foresty and several Golf courses, just like in 乡间生活, which we will keep for retirement.
